We want you to love your Girl In Mind outfit, but if it's not quite right, you can return any unworn items with tags attached within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure all garments are free from makeup, perfume, or deodorant marks to qualify for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place your items in their original packaging with all Girl In Mind tags still attached and include the completed dispatch note inside.
Ship the Parcel
Generate your return shipping label through the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
